Our Terms and Conditions
Please note these terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Alessandra Weddings. This includes orders placed via any selling platform, via telephone or via email.
By confirming your order with us you are agreeing to having read and understood the following:
Images & Designs
All images and designs shown are the property of Alessandra Weddings. Images may not be reproduced or used for any purpose without the express permission of the owner (Alessandra Weddings). Designs may not be reproduced or replicated for any purpose without the express permission of the owner (Alessandra Weddings). Any individual or business found to be violating these terms will be prosecuted.
All samples will include generic text. We reserve the right to update and/or change elements of our designs at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the design has not changed before placing a full sized order based on a sample previously received from Alessandra Weddings.
All our products are branded products. Products will come with either printed or sticker branding.
Full payment must be received before any work can begin. This must be paid by one of the following options:
Debit/Credit Card - We will require your Card Number, Expiry Date, CSC (3 digits on the back of the card) and your postcode to process card transactions. All debit/credit card transactions will receive a receipt via email
Bank transfer - Please contact us for details
Any additional charges incurred during the production process (i.e additional proof costs) will be payable within 28 calendar days of receiving an invoice confirming the payable balance. The balance must be paid via one of the three payment methods stated above.
Point of Order
A customers point of order is the date on which they confirm the digital proofs are correct not the date the order is paid for. If confirmation of the proofs being correct is received outside of Alessandra Weddings operating hours (please see opening times) the point of order date will be taken as the next business day for Alessandra Weddings.
Digital proofs will be issued where necessary. These proofs will be correct to the best of our knowledge. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all spelling, grammar, punctuation and layouts are as they would like them to be printed.
We must receive confirmation of the customers approval of their digital proofs before any work can begin on the order. Email confirmation must be sent to
In the event an error is found after printing we cannot be held responsible, any extra reprints that will be required will be at the expense of the customer. Any reprints will need to be paid for by the customers before we continue. Reprints will be charged at full price.
Proofs will be issued a maximum of 3 times, thereafter a charge of £3.00 per proof will be payable by the customer.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing to waiting up to 8 weeks for your order to be produced. The 8 week time period starts from the date considered as your point of order, not the date on which the order was paid for. Production time does not include delivery time. This production time is applicable to all orders including sample orders.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure any dates including but not limited to wedding dates and RSVP dates are appropriate. Alessandra Weddings will not be held responsible for ensuring production and/or delivery times coincide with these dates unless they have been previously discussed and agreed by us prior to the customer placing the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders received that contain customer notes referring to adjustments or colour choices not listed on the website for the product ordered, unless agreed by us prior to the customer placing the order.
Bespoke Order Charge
Where applicable we may require an additional bespoke order charge of £25.00 to carry out adjustments to any designs we currently make. The charge will not include any extra materials that may be required. The bespoke order charge will need to be paid by the customer before any work can be carried out.
Alessandra Weddings reserves the right to cancel a customers order at any point. Although we may choose to, we do not have to provide a reason for doing so. We reserve the right to retain any or all monies paid to cover the cost of any materials used or work already undertaken. Orders placed under alternative names for orders previously cancelled by us will also be cancelled without prior notice. Orders may be cancelled if the customer has not allowed the appropriate time for production. Customers deemed to be rude, offensive and/or aggressive will have their orders cancelled without prior notice and without a refund. A customer reserves the right to cancel their order at any time, the customer will not be entitled to a refund if they choose to cancel their order. All monies owing to Alessandra Weddings will still need to be paid.
We reserve the right to use photographs of any orders we make. These photographs may be used for promotional purposes in publications, on social media and/or on our website. We may also use such photographs as examples of our work for future customers.
UK standard delivery typically arrives within 3-5 days after dispatch while UK express delivery typically arrives within 1-3 days after dispatch. International delivery times will vary greatly depending on the country of delivery. These delivery times are estimates and are therefore not guaranteed. Alessandra Weddings will not refund delivery costs for deliveries deemed to be 'late' by the customer.
It is the responsibility of the customer to sign for goods dispatched by courier where applicable. In the event a customer provides incorrect delivery details Alessandra Weddings reserve the right to request payment from the customer for costs incurred to rectify the problem. If an order is unable to be delivered by the courier Alessandra Weddings is not liable for the cost of re delivery, this must be covered by the customer.
Customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes to be paid on international deliveries.
All orders are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. Any damage MUST be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We must be provided with photographic evidence of the damage within the 24 hour time period. Alessandra Weddings reserved the right to request the items be returned to us for closer inspection before offering any resolutions.
On receipt, if you feel there are any discrepancies with your order, these MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
Alessandra Weddings will not compensate customer for unforeseen delays. These days may include but not be limited to situations such as adverse weather conditions and postal strikes.
Variations & Imperfections
As all orders are made by hand slight variations may occur. Some of our designs are made using natural raw materials such as recycled kraft card, twine cord etc. As these materials are natural products designs including these components will never be identical. This is beyond our control and therefore will not be considered as an imperfection. We cannot guarantee that separate orders will be an exact colour match due to different batches of materials used. To ensure all items are made using the same batch of materials they would need to be ordered at the same time. In the unlikely event that we are unable to use a component pictured or discussed we reserve the right to use a similar component. However, we will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding. Laser cut designs may have a slight discolouration around the design, this is due to the cutting process used and is not deemed to be an imperfection. Heavy discolouration around a laser cut design will be classed as an imperfection.
Regrettably as our products are made to order and personalised to your requirements we can not offer a refund for any reason. In the rare event that we have made an error in your order we will offer to rectify/replace this as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend offers at any time. This will not affect orders that have been paid for prior to the changes being made. Please refer to individual terms and conditions of offers in place.
